Absinthe Shot

Absinthe Shot
1 oz absinthe herbal liqueur
1 oz 7-Up® soda

Use two separate glasses at first. Add 7-up to one, absinthe to the other. Light absinthe on fire, wait for 5 seconds, then pour it into 7-up glass. Be extremely careful while pouring! Set absinthe cup upside down with a straw underneath the edge and inhale through the straw. Then take the shot.

Serve in: Shot Glass

NOTE: Be very careful if you are not experienced! The inhalation part is not for pussies!

Absinthe Czech Ritual

Absinthe Czech Ritual
2 oz absinthe herbal liqueur
1 tsp brown sugar
2 - 4 oz water (I prefer max 2 oz water but it depends on your preference)

Pour 3/4 of a full shot of absinthe in a sundae glass. Put a brown sugar cube on a spoon with holes in it and rest it on the rim of the sundae glass. Pour the remaining 1/4 of the shot of absinthe onto the brown sugar cube, light the brown sugar on fire (put the flame under the spoon). Let the flame burn for a minute while the brown sugar drips into the glass and caramelizes. Stir the caramelized sugar into the glass. Add the water to the glass, stir again and serve.

Serve in: Parfait Glass

1 part Blavod® vodka
1 can Soda Water
Ice

Add ingredients to a highball glass in following order:
1) Ice
2) Blue Curaçao
3) Soda Water
4) Blavod
